Jill Wyant is executive vice president of Innovation and Transformation for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, food safety and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. She leads Ecolab’s strategic innovation and transformation initiatives designed to help Ecolab achieve its growth ambitions.
Previously, Wyant was executive vice president and president of Ecolab’s Global Regions. Earlier, Wyant was the executive vice president and president of Ecolab’s Global Food & Beverage, Global Healthcare and Global Life Sciences businesses. She has held a number of leadership positions within Ecolab, including senior vice president and general manager for the Food & Beverage sector in North America and Latin America, and led Food & Beverage in the Asia Pacific region. Wyant joined Ecolab in 2009 as vice president of Global Strategic Planning. Prior to Ecolab, she held multiple leadership positions at General Electric.
In addition to her Ecolab responsibilities, Wyant serves on the board of directors of Dow, Inc. and on the board of overseers of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is involved in a number of community initiatives in the Minneapolis – St. Paul community, and has served on the board of directors of the Greater Twin Cities United Way.
Wyant is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and The Committee of 200, a professional organization of female entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Wyant earned an MBA degree with highest honors from the University of Chicago, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degrees in international marketing and Japanese studies.
