Ecolab annually donates needed cleaning, health and sanitizing products to organizations in areas where natural disasters have occurred, benefiting thousands.
In 2019, Ecolab continued its long-standing commitment to supporting communities in need by providing nearly 200 tons of cleaning, sanitizing and public health products in support of natural disaster relief efforts throughout the world.
Ecolab's Giving Garden in Eagan, MN. produced more than 2,200 pounds of produce over the past eight growing seasons that was donated to local community partner Neighborhood House's food shelf in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ecolab associates participate in local initiatives representing Ecolab in a variety of capacities such as serving on Community Advisory Panels and committees, boards of directors for non-profit organizations and local chambers of commerce. Our Ecolab associates often lend their expertise and speak as experts in the areas of strategic planning, finance, marketing and human resources.
Additionally, Ecolab's community partners request use of Ecolab facilities for meeting space for staff meetings, retreats and special events. For example, the American Red Cross uses Ecolab facilities at five different U.S. locations on an annual basis for blood drives as well as CPR trainings.
